It is the desire of Central Minnesota TEC to protect the rights and privacy of all the members of its community. Central Minnesota TEC recognizes that any information listed on its web site could be used in an inappropriate manner. For this purpose, the following guidelines have been set.

Collection of Your Personal Information
The types of information that Central Minnesota TEC may collect about you,
either as an interested person of TEC or as a TEC member, are limited to the
following:
Volunteered Information: This category consists of (i) information that you voluntarily provide to CM TEC upon your registration for this retreat program, such as your name, email address, and other contact information, (ii) information that you subsequently volunteer to CM TEC regarding your contact information through the password protected features of the team service/site, or changes in your registration information, (iii) other information about you that you may voluntarily provide through the Service at CM TEC’s request.
Transaction Information: This category consists of information you may
provide to CM TEC as a result of your registration and/or purchase of goods
from the CM TEC, which may include contact information, billing and shipping
addresses and financial information such as credit card number and
expiration date. Information that you may provide to a company other than
cmtec.org during a transaction consummated through the service is not
included in this Privacy Policy Statement and will be subject to the privacy
policies and practices, if any, employed by the company with whom you are
dealing.
How Information Will Be Used or Shared With Others
CM TEC (cmtec.org) will not use or disclose to any third party any
personally identifiable information about you for any purpose without your
express prior consent.
Volunteered Information: Volunteered Information will be used by CM TEC to
operate the Service and maintain your contact information within the
Service, including the record of your membership(s). For this purpose it
will be necessary to disclose Volunteered Information to CM TEC personnel
who have a need to know.
Volunteered Information may be used by CM TEC to send you information about
TEC happenings or future events.
Transaction Information: Transaction Information will be used by CM TEC
solely for the purpose of completing the transaction you have requested and
providing customer service and with respect to that transaction. Financial
Information such as credit card number and expiration dates will not be
stored or saved on our servers.
Central Minnesota TEC does not sell, rent or lease its member lists to third
parties.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic
mailings from us with information on new services or upcoming events. If you

and address. We will be sure your name is removed from our list.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line may receive
telephone contact from us with information regarding services or upcoming
events. If you do not wish to receive such telephone calls, please let us

with your name and phone number.
Membership with Central Minnesota TEC is prohibited for those under the age
of 16. Minors should always get permission from their parents before sending
any information about themselves (such as their names, email addresses, and
phone numbers) over the Internet, to us or to anyone else. We won't
knowingly allow anyone under 13 to register for any Central Minnesota TEC
retreat or to access those features that require registration.
Security of your Personal Information
Central Minnesota TEC secures your personal information from unauthorized
access, use or disclosure. Central Minnesota TEC secures the personally
identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled,
secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to
other Web sites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
Use of Photography
- Permission will be required of the individuals in a photo before it is displayed. When photos are shown in other parts of the site, only first names shall be used as identifiers.
- Member’s home addresses or phone numbers will not be listed unless given specific written permission.
